ABEC Consulting has delivered a number of data analysis projects to companies like Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS), Tesco Bank, the Institution of Engineering and Technology (the IET), Nationwide Building Society, Next15, Homes England, and Premium Credit.

Our data analysis projects range from data discovery, data mapping, data integration, and migration to requirements gathering/elicitation for reports. We have created data visualisation for our clients using tools like Power BI, Tableau, Qlikview, and Cognos. ABEC Consulting applies data analysis such as Data Lineage Analysis, Data Mapping, Master Data Analysis, and Reference Data Analysis to understand, document, and explain its clients’ data, which is part of AS-IS analysis. Furthermore, it applies machine learning and AI models using R Studio.

Our lead analyst and directing manager Abe completed two Master’s Degree in Data and Information Systems. He has high honour degree from Management Information Systems MSc degree and completed the Big Data Analytics post-graduate programme at the University of Liverpool with first-class honours.

How BA Service Delivery is Structured:

Based on those process diagrams we identify the gaps, which are the requirements captured in User Stories (if we are using Agile methodology) or Requirements Analysis Document (if we are using Waterfall methodology).
